Seven-Day Intensive Coach Training Program - Santa Barbara, CA - October 18-24, 2010. Location: Santa Barbara Pepper Tree Inn. Fifty Hours of Coach Training - Complete 70% of your coach training education for certification in seven days. Courses are Coaching Skills and Practice Development; How to Use Assessments in Coaching (2-Day Program); Appreciative Inquiry; Executive Coaching, Emotional Intelligence and Coaching; Field Techniques of Executive Coaching; and the Coaching Competency and Feedback Seminar. This program is designed for individuals planning on completing the certification program. You will also need to submit the Coach Certification Application with the $100 application fee. The one-page Certification application is available at the homepage of our website or by calling (888) 764-8844. Admission requirement: Possession of a graduate degree in any field or current enrollment in a graduate program. Refund policy: Refund or change requests permitted until two weeks before the start of class with a $100 admistrative fee; once the assessments are taken the fee changes to $200 for changes or cancellations; and within two weeks of the event there are no refunds or changes.
