Seven-Day Intensive Coach Training Program - Santa Barbara, CA - August 8-14, 2011. Location: Santa Barbara Pepper Tree Inn. Fifty Hours of Coach Training - Complete 70% of your coach training education for the 72-Hour Certified Professional Coach certification in seven days. Courses are Coaching Skills and Practice Development; How to Use Assessments in Coaching (2-Day Program); Appreciative Inquiry; Executive Coaching, Emotional Intelligence and Coaching; Field Techniques of Executive Coaching; and the Coaching Competency and Feedback Seminar. This program is designed for individuals planning on completing the certification program. Admission requirement: Possession of a graduate degree in any field or current enrollment in a graduate program. Refund policy: Refund or change requests permitted until two weeks before the start of class with a $100 admistrative fee; once the assessments are taken the fee changes to $200 for changes or cancellations; and within two weeks of the event there are no refunds or changes.
