ICF Accredited Coach Training Program 100% Distance Learning - Tuition for Module One A 100% distance learning 125-hour ICF Accredited Coach Training Program. This form includes the Tuition payment for Module One of $4,195 and the non-refundable initial program registration fee of $100. When: Begin Program Immediately with our 18-Hour DVD Program. Then: Complete the balance of your training via 101 hours of Intensive Teleconference Trainings with Web Based Support and Peer to Peer Coaching Practice, plus one more 6-hour DVD program. Coaching Essentials 21-Hour Telecourse begins November 10, 2010 and concludes February 2, 2011. Wednesdays 9-11AM US Pacific Time. (No classes on November 24th, December 22nd and 29th. Concurrently you begin other telecourses (times are listed on our website calendar page). You will complete six Individual Learning Labs with a faculty member of your choice, and complete the mini-coaching competency and feedback seminars. Registrants who enter our 100% distance learning curriculum receive priority placement in our telecourse programs. The extremely ambitious student can complete the entire ICF Accredited Coach Training Program by the end of June 2011.

How to Use Assessments in Coaching: One of the most powerful tools in the coach’s toolbox is the ability to use scientifically validated assessments to add value to the coaching process. Description of the Additional 6-Hour DVD Program:
Field Techniques of Executive Coaching (Provided on DVD) Field Techniques of Executive Coaching provides hands-on, field-tested tools and applications to utilize with your coaching clients. You will learn effective change and motivation processes, and how to introduce and integrate these techniques into the coaching process: Learn how people change in coaching, The key components of the change process, Learn the "Assumption Ladder Technique" and Practice the "Leadership Two-Step".

Continuing Education: 125 CE Hours for the entire distance learning fast track intensive program. Psychologists: CEC is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists. CEC maintains responsibility for the program. MFTs and Social Worker Continuing Education: These courses meet the qualifications for continuing education credit for MFTs and LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (Provider # PCE1780), as well as many other states. CEC is a NASW Approved Provider of continuing education (#886383501). NBCC Continuing Education: The College of Executive Coaching is approved to offer CE hours by the National Board of Certified Counselors. Check with your licensing board, if applicable, for specific policies. ICF: College of Executive Coaching's 125-Hour Certified Personal and Executive Coach Certification is an International Coach Federation Accredited Coach Training Program. Accreditation is awarded to programs that meet the rigorous professional standards for coach training programs established by the ICF. ICF requires all Accredited programs to state the following: "Accreditation does not warrant or guarantee the effectiveness of the training or the student's ability to build a successful coaching practice."
Cancellation/Refund Policy: In general, up to two weeks before the beginning of a program there is a $100 processing fee, for change or refund requests, prior to receiving any products or services, if the change or refund request is received by CEC more than 14 days in advance of the start of the teleconference program. Please note that once you take an assessment, or receive any DVD programs, the refund policy changes and refunds or changes are only allowed if it is more than 14 days in advance of the start of the in-person program, and a $400 change fee applies and no credit would be given for any course work. Beginning two weeks prior to the beginning of the telecourse program to within two days of the start of the teleconference program a full refund can be made less a $1,000 fee. Within two days of the start of the teleconference program, and later, there are no refunds or changes for any reason. We apologize, but there are no exceptions to this policy. If a course must be cancelled due to a natural disaster, crisis or instructor illness, the seminar will be rescheduled. Installment Tuition Payment Option (Early Registration): $4,595 by September 15th for Module One, $4,495 by December 15th for Module Two. (After September 15th the regular tuition installments are $4,895 each. There is also an early registration single payment tuition option of $8,820 by September 15th; or a regular registration single payment of $9,190 after September 15th.)
